Special Interest Groups
Special Interest Groups help members connect on a more personal level and tend to be rewarding and fulfilling. Form a group comprised of members sharing a common interest (Book Club, Mommy ‘n Me, Sister Mixers) with the intention of having this group create a bond with one another as well as the alumnae group. Interest Groups should have a chairman to be a liaison between the SIG and the alumnae chapter or association.
Currently our association has the following groups scheduling activities. If you would like to know more or help organize a new interest group, please reach out to us!
Outdoor Adventures: Sisters meet to enjoy the great outdoors! Activities can range from nature walks and hikes to snowboarding trips and more! Some of these activities are open to enjoy with families and partners.
Book Club: Sisters meet and discuss a current book they are reading. We have an in-person book club every two months at a coffee shop in Gig Harbor. Check the calendar for more details!
Coffee / Wine Meet-up: Sisters meet to enjoy a chat over coffee or wine.
